Inspection and maintenance deadlines from documents, not a binder
How a register built from invoices and contracts prevents fines and downtime.
By Ocost · · 5 min read
In many companies, inspection and maintenance deadlines still live in a binder, and the reminder is the fine. Yet what is needed has long been in the documents.
The register from the documents
From invoices, maintenance contracts and delivery notes, Ocost proposes what belongs in Inventory: which equipment, which service provider, which deadline. Inspections required by law stand with their rule, such as DGUV V3, and each deadline with the day to act, after weekends and holidays.
What it prevents
- Fines for missed inspections
- Unplanned downtime of equipment that should have been serviced
- Services done twice, or forgotten
Instead of keeping a list, you confirm what Ocost found; each new document keeps the register current.
